I like the idea, however it felt like there was nothing to strive for points wise other than getting a higher level. Perhaps coins/food to pick out of the water to encourage the play to go risky instead of just dodging all the time would spice things up a bit.

Also it felt like a lot of the time I had to go out of my way to get hit by the alligators as they were a bit easy to dodge. Maybe make them 2 wide and have them move slower instead?
